Zoho CRM / Sales Representative / Territory Management

Hi there,
slightly complex question which I hope someone might have an answer for.

Our company is divided in multiple 'divisions' & I have tried to reflect this structure on the CRM as follow in the 'Roles' section:

                                                            Group - Administrator


Company A - Manager                       Company B - Manager             Company C - Manager

Company A - Consultant                    Company B - Consultant          Company C - Consultant


I have already set up rules where some manager see each other's work, consultant see each other's work but what I now need to achieved is to find a way to fit a Sales Representative which can have overview all some of the divisions' work (let's say Company A & B, not C) restricted to the Territory assigned to that User.
