Zoho CRM Sandbox now supports integrations

Hello everyone,

We are now expanding Zoho CRM Sandbox to support integrations with other Zoho products. You can connect, configure, and validate the behavior of your integrated tools within a safe, isolated environment - testing end-to-end without touching a single live record - before deploying anything to production.

The following Zoho integrations are now fully supported in your Sandbox environment:

  • Zoho Campaigns
  • Zoho Backstage
  • Zoho Analytics
  • Zoho Finance
  • Zoho Forms
  • Zoho Flow
  • Zoho Creator
  • Zoho Circuits

Note. Integrations for Zoho Projects, Sales IQ, and Mail Merge will be released subsequently.
For teams managing complex CRM workflow, integrations are often quite critical; and a misconfigured automation in Zoho Flow or an incorrectly mapped field in Zoho Finance can have real consequences in production: corrupted records, missed triggers, or broken customer-facing processes.


With Sandbox support for integrations, you can now:

Notes.
  1. If you already use Zoho CRM Sandbox, the supported integrations will be available to configure directly within the Sandbox environment.
  2. Deployment support is not available for any of the integrations.

Points to note:
  1. Zoho Forms - Email templates containing sandbox form links cannot be deployed. Remove the form link first, deploy the template, then add the production form link on the production side.
  2. Zoho Creator - Only environment-based apps can be imported into CRM Sandbox. Apps without environment variables will not appear in the Sandbox import list.
