Zoho CRM Sent Email and IMAP Email not showing up in the same list

Hello, 

I'm currently migrating to Zoho CRM and run into a situation where Zoho CRM is difficult to use and wonder whether I'm doing something wrong. 

Here's the situation: 

I have IMAP integration set up and I can see contacts' emails on their contact page and also the SalesInbox. So this part is working fine. 

Also I'm able to send out emails through Zoho CRM, very nice. 

The problem: the emails from IMAP (usually emails I receive from clients) and the emails I sent through Zoho CRM can't be displayed in one list. Instead I have to go to the contact's page and in the "Email" section I have to toggle back and forth between "Emails Sent from Zoho CRM" and "IMAP Shared Users". 

So there is no convenient way to follow lengthy email discussions. 

Am I doing something wrong? Is there something I have to change to have both the emails coming in through IMAP and those emails I sent out through Zoho CRM display in the same list?
