Zoho CRM Sent Email Not Showing In CRM
Hi,
When I choose Send Mail button in Zoho CRM and send an email, the targeted recipient gets the email as expected. But however, when I scroll down to the Emails section in Zoho CRM and take a look at my Sent and Received mail, I don't see this email as being sent.
It was previously working fine but has seemed to have stopped now.
