# De-duplication of accounts while importing accounts data.
# Combination of OR and AND operators while filtering data in Search, Custom views, Reports, and Work flow rules.
# Customizable Lead approval system while capturing leads from Website using Web-to-Lead form.
# Search cases by Case Number.
# Notes as a related list in Leads module.
# Create new users upon deactivating the existing users.
# Attach multiple documents in related list views.
# US Phone number formatting. For Example, ( 888 ) 900 - 9646.
