Zoho CRM - Service Updated (March 2008)

Hello!

We are very happy to announce the release of Zoho CRM - Enterprise Edition and major updates in Free & Professional Editions.

In this release, we have mainly focused on the Role-based security administration, Public APIs, auto-responders as part of the email marketing, enhancements in the data administration, customization of the product, and enhancements in usability of the product. In addition, we have also supported Chinese, Japanese, Brazilian Portuguese, European Portuguese, and Swedish languages for the User Interface and Wiki-based Context-sensitive help (English) for most of the features.
