I went through the forum up and down and this is a highly requested feature it seems.

If I use the provided "solution" (disabling phone-bridge) it simply opens the windows pre-installed skype and not the skype for business client.

Is there ever going to be a real integration with skype for business (or lync) or am I just missing something?

Telling me there are alternative phone services isn't really helping. Skype for business is here to stay and I won't be able to convince our company otherwise just because it doesn't work with Zoho.

During the demo, when I evaluated Zoho, a Zoho employee assured me a skype for business integration is possible.

And I swear to god if I see another Tenfold spam, I'll throw something through the room.
