Zoho CRM Social Tab and Zoho Social issues and disappointment

I´m using both but have a few concerns
Social Tab:
It loaded the Facebook news feed up to today BUT for some reason it has not updated the Messages, so I cant seem to test the "Add Contact" feature.
I have reloaded the page, cleared cookies and cache, I even removed the Facebook Page and added it again, but it is stuck on an old message!! it just wont update.
What else should I do?
Zoho Social:
I just signed up to this today, and the latests Messages and posts are up to date BUT there is no option at all to add these new interactions as Leads!!! I can only see them/respond directly from Zoho but what I need is to make them leads from within the app.
Is this normal?? I mean, is this another Zoho app that is NOT integrated with the CRM ?
´cause I just dont get the point if it is not integrated.
As of now most Zoho apps seem to be NOT-INTEGRATED with eachother , I really dont get
why would you make them at all if we can´t use them together. .. why double the work for your users when the objective of these apps is supposed to be to INTEGRATE all these aspects and make your users life/business easier, the integration between them should be seamless,
unless... i´m not undertanding how to use your products that is.
UPDATE: at the Social Tab: I tried again to remove the Facebook Page and added it again, it updated everything this time.
So I was finally able to add Leads from Facebook Messages.
It worked fine, I liked how it shows you the whole conversation from the Lead Page. A few pointers, it only lets me add Last Name, Email, and Phone... is there a way to choose which fields to be filled??? all fields would be even more usefull.
