We have ZOHO ONE enterprise edition, with SOCIAL TAB intergration , mostly from FACEBOOK.
But we have 1 problem, there is no notification / feeds / sales signal in CRM for Social Tab.
So when there is contact or message from customer in FACEBOOK , there is no way to notice that, unless we purposely open the Socail Tab in CRM , or open ZOHO CRM on desktop.
It is inconvenients for Sales team , is there a way to show notification of Social Tab in CRM ?
