We are using the Zoho CRM professional edition with a mail add on and zoho invoice. The Professional editions should have a feature where we can email the selected solutions to our customers / sales team in our desired format - PDF or word doc with one click. Currently we are required to download that in a pdf format and then email to desired contact.
Same functions are required for potentials, reports etc.
For zoho invoice - we had requested for the amount to be mentioned in words with estimates and invoices
