Hi All, first post here, so i so hope i can get help.

I am having issues sending emails out of Zoho crm. now if i use zoho mail email goes out and gets received to clients well.

However when i use Auto responders or Mass emails to leads, i can see emails tagged to them but they never recieve those emails.

I am with google apps for email and hosting with Hostgator.

Can any one advise me what correct spf and DKIM i should add on.

I deleted my current DMARC settings and DKIM settings from domain for google apps, was afraid that might be an issue.
