We installed the free version of zoho crm to replace google spreadsheet forms for a contact page.

Note that the free version of web2leads in zoho apparently *does not* support notifying lead owners automatically.

We thought it did because we could choose an email template.

However this was a notification to the user, not the lead owner.

As a result, our tests would generate an email but no other leads would notify us.

So basically we lost over a months worth of leads.

This is complete BS lead notification is not free.   If nobody can make any $ off your product, why would they use it?

You will never receive business from my company in any capacity, nor will anybody I know use your products.
