Zoho CRM Sync to Zoho Calendar but Not Available in iCal
Hi all,
My Goal: To see/manage Zoho CRM Events within iCal (iPad and iPhone).
I see that the CalDav update is very new, so I'm sure there are lots of questions. I have synced my Zoho CRM Event Calendar to my Zoho Calendar, allowing my Zoho CRM Events to appear on the Zoho Calendar, which is nice...but I don't work from here. I work from iCal, and I can't seem to get the Zoho CRM events to appear in iCal. I have done the CalDav sync using App Specific passwords, and the Zoho Calendar doesn't even show up as an option in my iCal (even though I was able to add the account). One thing I noticed is that within "Sync" in Zoho Calendar Settings, the only calendar I have available is the Zoho Calendar (not my Zoho CRM calendar). Shouldn't the calendars selected in Zoho Apps appear here? Even so, the events in the Zoho Calendar itself weren't syncing to iCal.
I did manage to do a work-around, where I didn't use CalDav, and instead chose to use private address (iCal) within Zoho Calendar settings, and I was able to have my Zoho Calendar events appear in iCal!! (Problem is..... none of the Zoho CRM events were synced, since it was specific to the Zoho Calendar only).
