Zoho CRM synch with Zoho VO? & Outlook Plugin?

Hi,

I am impressed with a number of your products, and support response even if member are non paying customers "just yet".

My question are;

a) Does Zoho CRM synch or collaborate with Zoho VO?

b) What is the cost of the Outlook Plugin for Zoho CRM?

c) I have a project scope I am currently working on, which I believe may utilise a number of AdventNet products. Once the scope is complete I will be looking for a developer to work with, does Adventnet do private work?
