Zoho CRM Task email notification
I just spoke with Zoho CRM support and wanted to confirm the following. Apparently when I schedule a Task for a contact and I
set a reminder via email for a later time Zoho CRM will
not send an email notification to me. If I schedule an Event this works fine.
The tech's answer was that on a New Task email reminder does not work because it's a task and not an event which requires a specific time of occurrence.
Can anyone confirm this is how it works??? I just want to be sure I'm not missing any settings that would get this task reminder to send me a email notification at a specific time.
