Sorry for that but I can resist temptation to tell you that you MUST use some CRM.
I post many tickets and still getting same question:

Please, don't ask me that again and again - I am convinient every working day from 9 to 17 CET at the same phone number as usual.
I use zoho chat so You can also call me whenever you see that I am online.
