How can I access the new UI?
All you have to do is, just sign in to your Zoho CRM account. The new UI is available, by default.
Will I miss any features in the new UI?
Of course not. We've retained 99.99% of the features in the New UI, but re-organized them based on usage patterns.
What will happen to the old UI?
We will discontinue the old version after some time and will keep you posted on the exact date.
Is that all?
No, there is more to come along with the new UI.
And what is the element of surprise along with the new UI?
