Zoho CRM Tip - 51: How to add videos in Zoho CRM Email templates?



One of the biggest challenges in the initial stages of sales cycle is getting email response from prospects. With so many vendors vying for attention, it's vital that your email stands out from the crowd and helps you get that all elusive response. Using videos in your sales cycle helps you do just that. A study shows that 65% of executives visit a vendor's website after viewing a video and 90% of customers say watching product videos helps them make purchasing decisions.

Create a thumbnail image of your video with a play button and follow the below listed steps to embed videos in Zoho CRM's email templates:

Login to CRM > Go to Setup > Customization > Templates > Create new template > Next > Choose module > Choose the templates from the gallery options > Name the template and its Subject > Add Image Tile from ‘All Components’ > Upload the video thumbnail image > Click on the image to select > Click on the URL icon and insert the video URL > Add the required text content > Save Template.



Your email templates with videos is now ready.

                                          The option of cloning email templates across modules has been a long standing feature request from the Community. Thank you all for being so patient with us.
