Templates: Part 1
Use pre-existing templates for creating invoices with the relevant information. Use the templates to create mailers for lead nurturing, follow up emails, confirmation emails. Once you set up templates for different mailers, you just have to automate the mails to trigger at certain points in the sales pipeline saving time and hassle of repeating the task.
Lead nurturing: Sending out offers and keeping in touch with the leads generated from website, social media and cold calling are crucial in the competitive real estate market. As the leads are gathered the agents will use the pre designed templates to create lead nurturing campaigns swiftly. Set up a workflow to trigger a congratulatory mail when a customer completes a purchase. For rentals the same mail could be sent when the tenants move in. Also, after every purchase the agents send out Thank you mailers using existing templates. Use workflow and email templates for relationship building emails like Birthday and Anniversary.
A step by step workflow set up by the agent would look something like this:
Follow up: There are many questions before the purchase happens. Responses are faster with follow up emails on client queries using the email templates. Also, once an agent or broker meets the clients, or a property is shown to the client, the agent/broker will send follow up emails asking about the interest of the client in the purchase or recommending them more options within their criteria (locality, budget).
Agents can easily set up a process for both lead nurturing and follow up emails using Blueprints, which we will discuss in our upcoming tips.
