Our CRM syncs with Books. I have some functions in my CRM which relies on the sync being active.
Last week my functions didnt trigger. It turns out - after much investigation - that it was because the sync had failed and wasnt active!
I was very surprised that we didnt receive an email notifying us that the sync had failed! Its crucial that the sync doesnt fail, and if its does, we are notified.
Where is the setting for this please? (I presume there must be)
