My problem is that we have a number of people who export a reports weekly in Zoho CRM and use Microsoft Excel to clean up the report say for example some of the fields that have free form text. What I was wondering is if there is anyway to have a link in Excel so that instead of having to clean up the same records every week is there a way to automate the clean information back from excel into zoho crm?
