Here's what I would like to do.
In my lead module, I want to create a series of checkboxes for various lead magnets I offer. The lead magnets are in the form of PDF guides and E-Books.
I will then create a contact form on my Wordpress site (using a third party form. connected to Zoho; I will not be using the Zoho form).
The form will check the corresponding boxes that corresponds to the lead magnets ("My Free E-Book" and "My Awesome Selling Guide").
When the user fills out the form, a lead will be created in Zoho CRM with the corresponding boxes checked.
From there, I need a way to automatically send out the free e-book lead magnets they requested.
Can anybody point me in the right direction on this? Would this be a workflow rule?
