Zoho CRM to Zoho CRM Migrating Data

I have completed a back up of my previous ZOHO CRM and trying to migrate the data into our new ZOHO CRM.  I have copied the customisation from one crm to the other.  Is there a way that I can import the original create time and not have it automatically changed to the date the data is imported?  It is very frustrating.  Some of my date fields aren't even importing into the new CRM even though I I have mapped them.
