Zoho CRM to Zoho Projects
Hi all,
I've been streamlining our processes bit by bit with Zoho. I have a setup where once a deal is won in Zoho CRM, Flow uses this data to create a project in Zoho Projects.
My issue is that I can not work out how to get Flow to use a specific project template to create a given project. When using the "create project" module, there is an option to use project template and then there is a "use a custom value" option, but there is no way to query a custom value. eg. no fetch project template. Does anyone have an idea on how to use this function?
The end result I want is that when 'abc' type project is won, flow uses 'abc' project template to create a project in Zoho Projects. When 'xyz' project is won, it uses 'xyz' template etc.
My only thought is to create a decision for each project type, but this would be very time consuming as our project types increase.
