ZOHO CRM Unstable: Adding a task and entry of a reminder date shuts down the task

Hi:
 
I experience quite a lot of unstableness in ZOHO CRM such as:
  • Today, Adding a task and entry of a reminder date shuts down the task
  • All of a sudden old contacts can't be found anymore although I know that they were absolutely not deleted. I can import the back up CSV file but I think that the activities will be lost
  • Adding a section to contacts was a nightmare. When I added a new field, I had to save and reenter ZOHO CRM
Please make the system and database stable. Our company relies very heavily on ZOHO CRM. I like its features but not these unstable events.
