We are very happy to announce our upcoming release features list.

The upcoming release will mainly focus on Role-based security administration for mid-range organization, auto-responders as part of email marketing, enhancements in data administration, customization of the product, usability enhancements and reports. In addition, we will be supporting many international languages and Wiki-based Context-sensitive help for all features.

Salient Features:

1. New Features:

Roles-based Security Administration:

* Profiles for managing module-level permissions
* Roles for modeling organization hierarchy and data sharing rules
* Groups for sharing data among various departments
* Field-level security based on user profiles

Auto-responders:

* Set up multiple levels of auto-responders for customer communication
* Manage target email lists for auto-responders
* Exclude leads and contacts manually from target lists based on the response received

2. Major Enhancements

Product Customization:

* Customization of fields in the Related List Views
* New custom field support for managing decimal numbers
* Storing singular label value for Tabs while renaming the tabs (Ex: Leads - Plural, Lead - Singular)

Inventory Management:

* Automatically Update the Stock information once Purchase Order is approved
* Find and Merge duplicate records in Vendors module
* Convert Quote to Sales Order or Invoice
* Convert Sales Order to Invoice
* Add account information automatically while creating quotes/orders/invoices from the potentials

Data Administration:

* Import 10000 records per batch
* De-duplication check while importing the data
* Reports for Email module

3. Other Enhancements

* Send email to the contacts related to business potentials
* Attach multiple documents while creating email templates
* Add additional attachments without changing the old one from the template
* Populate account details automatically while creating contacts for the account
* Add Full Name before the From email ID (Ex: "John Doe" <jdoe@testdomain.com>) while sending an email to lead and contacts
* Activate or Inactivate users in bulk
* Performance improvements in Zoho CRM - Outlook Plug-in
* Upload & remove attachments while adding email from MS Outlook to CRM
* Attach e-mail to the respective lead or contact when sending it from MS Outlook
* Overhaul of User Interface
