I am a new zoho user - I am wanting to use zoho to track workshop attendance. I give workshops and want to use ZOHO CRM to create the workshops and lists of potentials in the workshop. Do I do this as a deal or do I create a product?

I tried to create a deal and the issue is I can only connect 1 contact to a deal. I want to create eg workshop august 2023 - and add a bunch of prospects and contacts to that list. I want to be able to see that list and who is on it. Then lets say I added 40 people but only 25 ended up attending I want to remove those that didn't attend from that workshop so I can follow up just with the ones that actually attended.

What is the best way to use Zoho for this?
