ZOHO CRM User Accounts- Integrated or not?

Hello,

My company is looking to upgrade our current ZOHO CRM account to allow for more users, and would like to know if when we add more "users" -is there any way for ALL of the members of our sales team to have their OWN separate accounts (verifying who each of them are as individuals), while still being able to edit/add things within the "sales team community?" 

IE: 
1. John Doe adds in a "new task".
2. Jane Doe then goes into Zoho- can Jane see John's "New Task" and edit it, while still being in her own account (and will her name show up under said notes?)

I would like for integration to be all encompassing, even when people are logged into their own "account." Is it possible?
