I was curious to know if anyone has used Nutshell CRM and what they think of it compared to Zoho CRM? The three things that stood out most to me about Nutshell while briefly researching them is that
1) When creating a new lead in Nutshell CRM, Nutshell automatically searches and finds if that lead / company has been entered before so you do not have a duplicate record.
2) Allows you to de-dup very quickly and easily where as in Zoho, you need to be an Enterprise user, but i have read that it still doesn't work so well. Is this true?
3) Nutshell also allows you to add more than 1 contact to a specific company / lead so instead of de-dupping tons of companies, you can compile everyone (different contacts) within 1 record. Does Zoho allow this?
Any help / comparisons and PRO's and CON's from users who have used both would be greatly appreciated!
