Zoho CRM: Workflow Rule Enhancements
Hello!
We have updated the functionality of Workflow Rules in Zoho CRM. After this update, you can:
- Create Time Based Actions i.e schedule actions at a specified time after the rule is executed.
- Send Emails to Leads and Contacts using workflow alerts.
- Create Email Templates while setting up your workflow rules
- Update the Record Owner field using workflow field updates
- Remind workflow task owners through email or pop-up
