I've created a webform using Zoho Forms and it is integrated with Zoho CRM.  The integration between the application is working.  However, the workflow I created in the CRM isn't working.  I set a workflow rule with 3 conditions.  If a package is XYZ, then instantly send a email associated with XYZ.  So from a workflow perspective, I want the flow to do the following.

Prospect created > Based on the package > Email template about that package is sent
