We are using Zoho reports to create some custom function dashboards from our CRM data.
When the Zoho CRM data is automatically extracted and presented in Zoho reports the email (that we mostly populate from our Outlook integration) is not pulled through.
To get around this we have manually exported the email history from Zoho CRM and then imported the table into Zoho reports. This is a manual process that I'd like to do automatically on a daily basis.
What is the best way to achieve this?
