We are thrilled to announce the release of
Zoho CRM’s V7 APIs, packed with powerful new features designed to elevate your CRM experience.
Here’s what’s new in V7:
- Records Clone API: Clone records in any module, creating a copy of the parent record, with the option to modify or add field values. This API saves you time by replicating the field values of the parent record while allowing customization where needed.
- Export Audit Log API: Capture a detailed history of user actions within your CRM. Schedule exports, track job status, and download results easily with APIs.
- List Available APIs: Zoho CRM offers a comprehensive suite of APIs to meet developers' diverse needs. To help you easily discover the right API, this API gives you the list of all supported APIs for a version. You can filter by request methods, modules, and OAuth scopes, ensuring you find precisely what you need without feeling overwhelmed.
- Duplicate Check Option API: Manage and prevent duplicate entries in the Leads and Contacts modules by defining unique field preferences and automatically checking for duplicates.
- Picklist Values API: Access comprehensive details about picklist fields, including display values, colour codes, and layouts with which the picklist field is associated.
- Mass Delete Tags API: Remove multiple tags at once with the Mass Delete Tags API. You can also track the progress of this background job.
- Data Enrichment API: Utilize Zia, Zoho CRM's AI-powered assistant, to enrich your CRM data with additional information like company address, phone number, employee count, and social media handles. You can now map enriched fields to your CRM fields, trigger data enrichment for your organization, and access details of the enriched data, all via APIs!
- Cadence API: Automate customer follow-ups with targeted, sequential communications like emails, calls, or tasks. With our Cadence API, you can retrieve cadence details, manually enrol or un-enroll records in a Cadence, thus maintaining consistent, personalized follow-ups based on customer interactions.
