We have some thrilling updates to share with you about Zoho CRM's workflows that are going to elevate your experience! Check out the latest enhancements:

πŸš€  Reschedule Previously Scheduled Actions 
Say goodbye to the old limitations! Now, any changes you make to the timing of a workflow action will automatically apply to all previously scheduled actions. So, if you decide to adjust an action from sending emails five minutes after adding leads to just two minutes, the new schedule will seamlessly update all related actions.

πŸ“…  Date Formula Fields
Get ready to supercharge your workflow rules with date formulas! This new feature allows you to set up workflows based on dynamic date calculations, making your automation more flexible and powerful. 


πŸ“Š New Record Limits
We’ve updated our record creation limits to enhance your automation efficiency. Check out the revised limits for various record types in the image below. These updates apply to records created via automation actions like tasks, meetings, and calls, but not to manually created records. 


βš™οΈ Trigger Workflows for Automated Tasks
Now, workflows will trigger for tasks created through automation as well. Plus, to prevent any potential infinite loops, the system smartly ignores repeated triggers. For instance, if an automated workflow creates a task that triggers another workflow, causing a potential loop, our system ensures it halts execution to keep things running smoothly.
