Zoho customer support

Can someone please suggest a method of getting better customer support from Zoho?  This is the least responsive group I've even dealt with.  I exported my data from my former CRM two weeks ago and still have nothing in my Zoho database.  I've gone two weeks without a CRM (I'm not going to add new data to my former CRM).  No response or updates from them after emails and phone calls. 
 
Someone help with a solution please.
