I am trying to customize my Zoho CRM account for a treatment center, not for actual client input but the marketing/referral side. There would be doctors, interventionists, sober houses, treatment centers, etc., which we interact with, whether it be them referring us clients, us referring clients to them, or both ways.
Here is what I assume would be a setup: Some would be leads until a referral takes place, in which they would be a contact. The referral would be a potential/opportunity.
Anyone have a similar business model implementation they could offer advice on/ tell me how they personally set this type of module relationship up?
