Is it possible to have a dashboard or page sync with Zoho CRM data in which I can show all my deals and each possible status or stage as a column?

Report should be like a spreadsheet.

Users should be able to click a radio button on each column to mark in which stage the Deal is. Also, each cell should be colour coded manually, user can change the colour of each step/stage and add a note. When user scrolls the mouse over the cell it should show the note to explain the colour of the cell.

Do you reccomend any Zoho Product like analytics, creator, or even the CRM to fulfill this?
