ZOHO Deleted my CRM and Support Account - They Won't Respond

ZOHO deleted my CRM and Support account because canceled my paid support account and went back to the free edition because they could not resolve a support issue for over a year.  They won't respond on my they removed my CRM account / Access or Support account. 
 
Anyone else experienced this?
