Zoho Desk adding whitespace when updating agent email signature via API
Hi Zoho Desk team,
I'm having a problem updating an agent email signature using the API (
see endpoint). Zoho Desk is adding extra space in the
header of the email signature. Note that the original HTML signature does not have these whitespaces.
I'm using
Bybrand integration to update signatures on multiple help desk agents in bulk.
On the Bybrand side, the signature is displayed with no space. Importantly, if I manually paste it into Zoho Desk's signature area, the signature is added without whitespace, and correct.
But for many agents, manually pasting is a lot of work. I need the Bulk update feature.
This error seems to have started happening a little ago, maybe in a recent Zoho Desk update.
Please, can you fix it?
