RTL support for Arabic and Hebrew languages
Right-to-Left (RTL) support is now available across the Zoho Desk mobile app for Arabic and Hebrew languages. The screen transitions, tab navigation, text alignment, icon placement, list views, buttons, and action menus now automatically adapt based on the language selected in the app.

Send WhatsApp messages through mass actions
We have introduced an option to send broadcast WhatsApp messages to the ticket contacts through mass actions. This feature allows you to send messages to multiple ticket contacts at once.

Contacts - Accounts Subtabs support
We have brought in support for a comprehensive suite of subtabs—including Activities, Ticket Interaction, Tickets, Time Entry, Happiness Rating, Accounts, Products, Attachments, Comments, and Custom Subtabs—ensuring that you have the same depth of information on the mobile app as you have on the
web.
Now you can view activities, detailed ticket histories with clickable IDs, and track billable vs. non-billable hours directly within the Contact or Account.
This update allows you to associate new accounts or contacts, view linked products and access custom module records associated to a Contact/Account.
