We have enhanced the Email Template section in our app by introducing the ability to set a template as default directly from the Zoho Desk Android app, making it easier to access your preferred template without repeated manual selection.
The chosen default template is automatically applied in relevant Blueprint replies and can be updated anytime.
Please update the app to the latest version directly from the Play Store or using the link below:

- Open the Zoho Desk app.
- Go on to the Settings module.
- Select 'Feedback'.
