Hello All,

I searched a lot but i can't find any answer.

I would like to recieve phone call if I recieve a critical case or lets say a case. whatsapp call also ok.

Can we do that?

Welcome to Zoho Desk Community!

The Telephony channel in Zoho Desk operates through third-party telephony extensions. You can check out Working with Telephony Integration in Zoho Desk for more details. While it primarily allows sending and receiving calls within Zoho Desk, a call alert system is not available at the moment.
