Our organization uses Zoho Desk and is testing Zoho Analytics as a solution for more advanced reporting.
We set up a connection to Zoho Desk, which appears to be mostly working, but none of our Desk custom fields are visible. Is there a setting in either Zoho Analytics or Zoho Desk to make the custom fields available for reporting? All the existing questions on this topic I've been able to find are specific to Zoho CRM, which our organization doesn't use.
