we are currently using Zoho Analytics with a data synchronization from Zoho Desk.
In the synchronization history, I can see a repeating pattern: the sync runs successfully, but shortly after that, another sync entry fails with the message:
"During the synchronization of data from Zoho Desk, a temporary error occurred."
This seems to happen repeatedly throughout the day.
For example, on 02 Jul 2026, the history shows entries like this:
So it looks like every successful sync is followed by a failed sync only a few seconds later.
The error message is quite generic, so I am not sure whether this is only a temporary Zoho-side issue or if there is something wrong with our Zoho Desk integration/sync configuration.
