Zoho Desk e-Widget populating phone number incorrectly
Just recently, every time I attempt to convert a ticket using the e-Widget, and click create.. it prompts that the phone number is incorrectly formatted. The number showing is formatted in the US standard format (xxx) xxx-xxxx. All special characters and spaces have to be removed in order to correct it or it can be deleted all together. Also, the number it populates is not a number in the users record. It usually populates the account main number and often it isn't even a number of the person who sent the email. It appears that it is finding the number somewhere in the message itself perhaps?
This e-widget has been a really nice feature and would appreciate someone looking into it and see if you can duplicate what I am seeing.
