Can See Zoho desk tickets in Account and Contact Modules
Can Choose the fields which display
Have 2 user defined fields I can choose to display - so know its possible
Cannot find what I did for them to be on the list.

How can I add Desk user defined fields to the list of fields available for display in CRM when viewing desk tickets
