In the latest iOS (v2.8.3) version of the Zoho Desk mobile app, you can now respond to customer requests that come in through Instagram Posts and Direct Messages. This update also provides support for replying directly to specific comments on Facebook and tweets on 'X' (formerly Twitter). This means you can address your customer's needs with precision, directly within the app. Please refer to the screenshot depicted below:
To get your hands on the latest version, head over to the App Store and update your Zoho Desk app or update the app by accessing the link given below:
