Hello everyone!

In the latest version(v2.9.4) of the Zoho Desk iOS app update, we have brought in support for the following features for the comments section:

1. Rich Text Editor
2. Hyperlinked Ticket IDs
3. Default Comment Type 

Rich Text Editor:
You can now view, edit, and write comments using Rich Text Editor.

Hyperlinked Ticket IDs
The ticket ID added to the comment section will now be hyperlinked, allowing you to navigate through the tickets easily.

Default Comment Type
The default comment type(Public or Private) that you have set on the Zoho desk web app(desk.zoho.com), will now be reflected on the mobile app.

Please update the app to the latest version directly from the App Store or using the link given below:
