The integration does not depend on extensions, it updates the signatures via
Zoho Desk API (very good api).
Bybrand connects to Zoho Desk via OAuth2. Load the all agents of support and after update the email signature via api.
I created a video of the whole process:
- Connect Zoho Desk integration with OAuth2;
- Load all Zoho Desk agents;
- Update email signature from agent, using the integration; (You can do update to any other agent)
- In Zoho Desk preferences, see agent email signature;
- Open ticket and reply all (showed email signature updated)
