Zoho Desk Mobile App - Duplicate Contacts With the Same Email Allowed
On the web version of zoho desk, duplicate contacts with the same email are not allowed. However, when creating contacts on the mobile app for android, multiple contacts with same email address are allowed to be created. There is no back end verification taking place. I have not tried with other types of records but I imagine the same is true.
How do we prevent duplicate contacts in the android app? Any work around?
